This case study explores how a guided investigation workspace can reconnect alerts, ownership, logs, and remediation without forcing a single mega-tool.

Challenge

During incidents, engineers context-switch across monitors, runbooks, chat, and cloud consoles. Critical ownership and next-step information is easy to miss.

Hero incident dashboard, clickable prototype, research plan, findings matrix, before-and-after task flow, accessibility annotation sheet, and a one-page production decision memo.

Keyboard paths for triage actions, non-color status indicators, and readable alert summaries for assistive tech.

Reflection
